Digital fingerprint


Innocode P100 learns and understands your component, system or structure by taking a digital fingerprint of it. This typically takes from one (1) day to a week depending on the complexity of the monitor system.

After taking the digital fingerprint the AI software compare inputs detected with the original fingerprint and is able identify anomalies in early stage and predict the need for maintenance in order to avoid production losses or equipment break downs.

The detection cable and AI software package can be moved between equipment or permanently installed.

Innocode P100 typically indicates anomalies weeks or months before traditional vibration monitoring systems give the first indications of anomalies.
